EllieO ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) by default and the cost is based on weight and location that is calculated at checkout. We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Greensboro, NC.

 

| SHIPPING TIME |

Orders ship within 1-2 Business Days.

From time to time, we may experience an additional processing/shipping delay of orders and if a delay is happening you will be notified at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE! Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with tracking number within 1-2 Business Days.

To track your package, please visit the courier's tracking website. 

If you are having trouble with receiving your package AFTER it has shipped please contact the courier directly with your tracking number first.

| RETURNS AND EXCHANGES |

Once your order is received INSPECT ALL ITEMS IMMEDIATELY!
Returns and Exchanges must be communicated and/or processed by you within 14 days of receipt of order.

Sale/Outlet items are FINAL SALES as communicated at checkout, no returns/exchanges will be processed on Sale/Outlet items purchased.

PLEASE NOTE! Washed or altered items CANNOT be returned or exchanged and this is the reason we urge you to inspect your items immediately upon receipt.

“I do not need or no longer like my item(s)”

We hope this doesn’t happen! In any case, we deeply apologize. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges in this scenario, but don’t forget to send us an email atcustomerservice@ellieo.com for return authorization first before sending.

“My order is incorrect or I received the wrong item”

This isn’t good and we apologize! EllieO always strives for 100% accuracy during order fulfillment and processing, but occasionally we will make a mistake. Simply email us at customerservice@ellieo.com with picture of your packing slip/items and we’ll have the item(s) shipped out immediately along with a pre-paid envelope to return the incorrect item. If item(s) received are damaged, please follow the process listed above. You will NOT be charged additional shipping for EllieO shipping the correct item to you.

 “My item is defective”

We are very sorry for this inconvenience! Our items are inspected before shipping, but occasionally a manufacturing defect will slip through our fingers. Simply email us at customerservice@ellieo.com and we will have the replacement item shipped immediately along with a pre-paid envelope to return the defective item. You will NOT be charged additional shipping for EllieO shipping the correct item to you.

 

| PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY |

EllieO will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment if the item in your order was marked down within (3) three business days of your purchase. To request a price adjustment please email customerservice@ellieo.com.
