Ellieo Summer NYC Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. 1. ELIGIBILITY

    The Ellieo Summer NYC Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Misaeng LLC (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

  2. 2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

    The Giveaway begins on July 7, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

  3. 3. HOW TO ENTER

    To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

    1. Download the official Ellieo mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    2. Complete the registration process and create a free user account within the Ellieo application.
    3. Visit the official Ellieo Instagram account (@ellieo.nyc), find the designated Giveaway Reels post, and leave a comment tagging two (2) unique Instagram users.

    Limit of one (1) entry per registered user/Instagram account. Multiple entries, automated entries, or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

  4. 4. PRIZES AND ODDS

    • Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) Apple AirPods Max (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $549 USD).
    • Second Prize (1 Winner): One (1) Apple AirPods 4 (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $129 USD).

    Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Duplicate wins are strictly prohibited; one unique participant can only win one prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  5. 5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

    The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries who have completed both the app account registration and the Instagram comment tag requirement. The drawing will take place on or about August 3, 2026.

    The potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @ellieo.nyc account. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to provide proof of account creation to verify identity, or fails to respond within the designated timeframe, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

  6. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RELEASE

    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Misaeng LLC, Instagram, and Apple Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

    This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Apple Inc. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor (Misaeng LLC) and not to Instagram or Apple.
